Johnson & Wales University
Brie Fleming, age twenty-three, is currently a senior in her last trimester at Johnson & Wales University where she has studied Culinary Arts and Sommelier wine studies through the four-year bachelors program. Brie is originally from Central California where she found her love for food and wine. Since attending culinary school, she has worked in various restaurants around Providence and the Boston area. Brie is currently working as a line cooks at a French influenced restaurant, Persimmon where Brie hopes to expand her skills in classical French cuisine while including her love for traditional Japanese fare.
